    From the notice

    • As announced in the European Commission’s 2025 Communication on the New European Bauhaus, the NEB Academy is becoming the NEB’s learning infrastructure. Serving those who implement the NEB approach, it brings together three complementary areas of activity: (1) valorizing knowledge generated by NEB projects; (2) developing and delivering quality training and capacity-building instruments; and (3) supporting business development, experimentation, piloting and innovation. The contract will provide the following services to support the NEB Academy’s coherent development, effective functioning, and visibility during the 2027–2029 phase: - Connect and coordinate: facilitate the governance of the NEB Academy and ensure effective links between the Academy’s three pillars (knowledge valorisation, skills development, support to innovation) and across the NEB Academy Skills Hubs. - Amplify learnings: create accessible opportunities for the NEB Community and other relevant stakeholders to exchange, learn from one another, and build capacity to implement the NEB approach. - Communicate and inform: strengthen the visibility, coherence, and awareness of the NEB Academy as a learning and innovation service for the New European Bauhaus. Develop a dedicated branding for the Academy and provide a clear entry point for information. - Monitor: monitor developments across the NEB Academy, collect feedback and develop strategic insights for the Commission. - Connect beyond the NEB ecosystem: identify opportunities for cooperation, strengthen synergies including with relevant policies, tools, and actors and ensure the NEB Academy contributes to and benefits from the wider European skilling ecosystem.
