The contracts will support administrative and operational meetings and events in Moldova, Ukraine and the Western Balkans, and may cover venue hire, audiovisual and interpretation equipment, catering, accommodation, transport, on-site coordination and assistance, security and medical services, and the processing of participant travel and subsistence allowances. Events in Ukraine will be held in person only when the security situation permits. Up to three suppliers per lot will be appointed in a cascade arrangement; bids are evaluated on quality (60%) and price (40%).
