Description
A total of 31 qualitative requirements were evaluated, with a maximum combined deduction of SEK 24,000,000. Requirements were assessed either as Yes/No, where a fulfilled requirement received the full deduction value, or on a 0–5 scale, where the deduction was proportional to the score achieved. The total deduction was subtracted from the tender price to determine the evaluated tender price (comparison sum).
