Brief

De Europese Commissie, Directoraat-generaal GCO - Gemeenschappelijk Centrum voor Onderzoek, is van plan een raamcontract af te sluiten voor onderhoud, reparatie, dagelijkse technische ondersteuning en kleinschalige renovatiediensten voor gebouwen, externe zones en bijbehorende infrastructuur in Petten en Bergen, met een geschatte maximale waarde van 1,6 miljoen euro over 4 jaar. De contractant zal preventief en correctief onderhoud, reparaties en renovaties uitvoeren, en een voltijdse technicus ter plaatse aanstellen. EQUANS West-Nederland B.V. heeft momenteel een vergelijkbaar contract voor werktuigbouwkundige installaties.

  • JRC Petten streeft ernaar een raamcontract af te sluiten voor de levering van onderhoud, reparatie, dagelijkse technische ondersteuning en kleinschalige renovatiediensten voor gebruikte gebouwen, externe zones en bijbehorende infrastructuur op zijn hoofdlocatie in Petten en, in mindere mate, in het JRC-clubhuis in Bergen. De contractant voert preventief en correctief onderhoud, reparaties, aanpassingen en kleinschalige renovaties uit met betrekking tot de gebouwen en externe ruimten die door het JRC worden beheerd. De contractant wijst één specifieke voltijdse technicus ter ondersteuning van de faciliteit ter plaatse toe aan de JRC-vestiging in Petten. De technicus voor faciliteitsondersteuning is vijf dagen per week beschikbaar, gedurende ten minste 37 uur per week, tijdens de werkuren die met de sector infrastructuur zijn overeengekomen.
