    This award procedure aims at selecting an IT service provider for the installation, small development and maintenance services related to “Jems” software as well as hosting services of the system. Jems is a management tool for Interreg programmes. The software will be used during the programming period 2021-2027 until the closure of the programmes in 2031 (estimation).
