    Brief

    Elia Asset intends to launch in September 2024 a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition for the contracting of civil works to be executed on the Princess Elisabeth Island (under construction in the Belgian EEZ of the North Sea). The scope would include the civil works required for the foundations of i) steel modules and ii) transformers, further more, construction of iii) roads, iv) earthing grid, v) cable culverts, vi) wall and roof construction transformers and vii) other general infrastructures. The objective is to execute these works in Q4 2026 and 2027. In preparation of this negotiated procedure, Elia will perform a market survey during the summer 2024 to collect feedback from any interested companies.       In accordance with the latest Capex Plan, and the on-going energy transition, Elia intends to outsource multiple investment projects for onshore substations in Belgium that were previously realized in-house. The aim is to construct some substations in a EPCIC-FIM model. Meaning that the engineering, procurement (without noble materials/FIM), construction, installation and commissioning will be (partly) tendered in one contract. Only candidates that qualify in the prequalification phase of this EU procurement (see section 5.1.6) of this Qualification System will have access the tender phases.

      Elia Transmission Belgium heeft een kwalificatiesysteem opgezet voor civiele werken aan hoogspanningslijnen. Dit omvat verankerings- en funderingswerken voor ondersteunende constructies zoals betonnen masten en vakwerkmasten, zowel voor bestaande als nieuwe funderingen. De werken kunnen betrekking hebben op funderingen op basis van poeren, diepe funderingen (micropalen, boorpalen, buisschroefpalen) of andere vergelijkbare werkzaamheden.
