    About the bid

      Subject of the Contract TenneT intends to establish a framework agreement for the provision of commercial project support services for offshore HVDC infrastructure projects in Spain. The services shall support the commercial management of large-scale EPC projects and may include contract and claim management, cost controlling/cost engineering, and general commercial management activities. Services will be provided through individual call-offs during the term of the framework agreement. The contractor shall provide suitably qualified personnel with experience in large-scale infrastructure, offshore, energy, or EPC projects.
