Brief
SEMBREIZH, agissant au nom et pour le compte de la Région Bretagne, a besoin de services de construction pour la restructuration des bâtiments I, J et H du Lycée Emile James à Etel (56) sur une durée de 24 mois. Ce projet fait suite à la construction d'un restaurant et d'un internat, et comprend l'aménagement de 5 unités de dortoirs, d'espaces pour les enseignants, du CDI, d'espaces santé-prévention, d'ateliers de maintenance et d'une salle polyvalente. En parallèle, la démolition de deux logements de fonction (bâtiment G) et de la véranda d'attente des élèves du bâtiment I est prévue.

OP20UXWS - Lycée Emile James à ETEL (56) - Service de restauration et internat mutualisés - Phase restructuration des bâtiments I, J et H. L'opération porte la restructuration des bâtiments existants I, J et H pour faire suite à la construction d’un restaurant et d’un internat. Cette restructuration comprend l’aménagement de 5 unités dortoirs, des espaces enseignants, du CDI, des espaces santé-prévention, des ateliers de maintenance, et d’une salle polyvalente pour la tenue des conseils d’administration ou autres réunions. En parallèle de cette restructuration, il est prévu la démolition de deux logements de fonction (bâtiment G) et de la véranda d’attente élèves du bâtiment I.
