L'Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo - Ufficio di Kiev necessita di servizi di noleggio veicoli blindati e servizi di sicurezza ausiliari, inclusi autisti, ufficiali di collegamento e la fornitura di informazioni, analisi dei rischi e servizi relativi alla sicurezza, a supporto delle missioni istituzionali in Ucraina, su base on-demand. Il valore massimo totale del contratto è di 653.200 EUR. Il contratto quadro comprende la fornitura e l'impiego di veicoli blindati con autisti orientati alla sicurezza, la mobilitazione di autisti orientati alla sicurezza come servizio autonomo, la mobilitazione e l'impiego di ufficiali di collegamento-sicurezza, e la fornitura di informazioni, analisi dei rischi, pianificazione della sicurezza e servizi di supporto operativo, inclusi valutazioni pre-missione e supporto continuo durante l'esecuzione della missione tramite un centro di controllo operativo.

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of armoured vehicle rental and auxiliary security services, including drivers, liaison officers and the provision of information, risk analysis and security-related services in support of institutional missions in Ukraine on an on-demand basis. The framework agreement shall therefore be awarded as a single lot, comprising: • The provision and deployment of armoured vehicles with Security Oriented Drivers; • The mobilisation of Security Oriented Drivers as a stand-alone service, independent from vehicle rental, for the operation and driving of vehicles owned or made available by the Contracting Authority; • The mobilisation and deployment of Liaison-Security Officers; • The provision of information, risk analysis, security planning and operational support services, including pre-mission assessments and continuous support during mission execution through an operational control centre.
