The request must be sent to the following email address: vakuutusmeklari@howdenfinland.fi The interested tenderer must be authorised by the Finnish Financial supervisory authority to conduct insurance activities in relevant insurance classes regarding this call for tenders. The authorisation must be valid within the European Economic Area. Document of the authorisation may be requested if necessary. Separate non-disclosure agreement may be requested, if the documents and/or information do not provide the contracting entity with sufficient guarantee that the tenderer is required to follow strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with laws, regarding any information it may be provided by possible clients when conducting its insurance business. Additional details concerning the scope and terms of the insurance coverage are included in the attachments of this call for tenders. The contracting entities require that the insurance coverage is tendered in accordance with the terms and conditions which have been prepared by the contracting entities. Tenderers must verify in their tenders that insurance terms provided by the contracting entities take priority in relation to the tenderer's own insurance terms. The insurance coverage may be amended due to circumstances that the contracting entities could not have foreseen, e.g. changes in legislation that reduce or increase the required insurance coverage for the activities that the contracting entities provide. In such cases, amendments and their effect on prices for the next insurance period will be negotiatied with the selected contractual partner. The contracting entities may also choose to start a new procurement process.
