    Le Mécanisme Européen de Stabilité (MES) a besoin d'un logiciel de gestion des risques opérationnels pour une durée initiale de 4 ans, avec une option de prolongation de 3 ans supplémentaires, portant la durée maximale du contrat à 7 ans. Ce logiciel doit inclure des fonctionnalités telles qu'un référentiel de politiques et de procédures, un référentiel de processus/contrôles métier, un RCSA, une gestion des incidents de risque opérationnel, des indicateurs clés de risque et des capacités de reporting. L'objectif est d'automatiser et d'améliorer les processus existants pour l'équipe de gestion des risques opérationnels. Les critères d'attribution sont la qualité et le prix, tels que définis dans les documents de l'approvisionnement.

    About the bid

      The objective of this procurement procedure is to identify a Service Provider able to provide an Operational Risk Management Software containing the following functionalities: Policies and procedure repository, Business processes / controls repository, RCSA, Operational risk incident management, Key risk indicators, Reporting. This tool should enable the Operational Risk Management team to work in a more effective manner, by automating and enhancing the existing processes. The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of four (4) years. The ESM may, at its sole discretion, extend the Contract for up to an additional three (3) years, resulting in a maximum potential Contract term of seven (7) years.
