Description
The tenderer must submit a bank statement or a statement from a branch of a foreign bank, not older than one month from the last day of the tender submission deadline, confirming that the tenderer has not been in unauthorized overdraft for the preceding 36 months from the date of issue of the document, their bank account(s) have not been subject to execution, and in case of loan repayment, they adhere to the repayment schedule. If the tenderer has not drawn a loan from the bank, a declaration to this effect must be provided. For clarification, a bank statement is not considered a bank confirmation. The tenderer must also submit a sworn statement signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of the tenderer, declaring that they do not have an open account and liabilities in any other bank(s) apart from the one(s) from which the bank statement was submitted.
