    DIFFER has initiated the design and realization of a Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD) research facility for the fabrication and characterization of high-performing metal-oxide thin films for energy applications in academic and industrial research on small (1 inch) and large (4 inch) substrates. The facility will be open to internal and external users. Hence, DIFFER requires the PLD research facility to be easy to use by multiple people in parallel, to be highly reliable and to have very little down-time. 2.200.000,- EURO

      The technical quality of each Tender will be evaluated relatively following the requirements listed in Annex C - PLD research cluster basis award criteria. For this criterium the supplier can get a maximum of 216 points

      The service quality of each Tender will be evaluated following the service quality requirements listed in Annex C - PLD research cluster basis award criteria. For this criterium you get a maximum of 36 points

      The tenderer must upload a pricing sheet. The purchase price of the PLD system includes all costs, such as design, fabrication, delivery, installation, training and education of technical staff at DIFFER, guarantees, any additional costs for travelling and accommodation, as well as all costs in order to meet the demanded requirements as mentioned in this descriptive document, its appendices and the additional functionality offered by the Tenderer in his Offer. The assessment of the price will be used in the assessment formula lowest price per quality point. Tenders containing a total price higher than 2.2 million euro without VAT will be discarded and excluded from participating in this tender. The lowest Price per quality point will win the Tender.
