Cilj projekta je da pomogne srpskoj administraciji da efikasno sprovodi pristupne pregovore i uspešno upravlja celokupnom EU integracijom i pretpristupnom pomoći ka članstvu u EU. Kriterijumi za dodelu ugovora su kvalitet (80%) i cena (20%).
