    Helen Oy has awarded a contract to Oilon Oy for the delivery and commissioning of a liquid-to-liquid heat pump module for the 3H2 Vuosaari Hydrogen Plant in Helsinki, Vuosaari, with a final contract value of 796,500 €. The heat pump module will produce heating for Helen’s district heating network and consists of liquid-to-liquid heat pumps installed inside a container or a custom-made module, ready to be connected to liquid networks and power supply.

    • Helen Oy is implementing a modular liquid-to-liquid heat pump setup to Helsinki, Vuosaari. Heat pump module will produce heating to Helen’s district heating (DH) network. The scope of this specified procurement was the delivery and commissioning of heat pump module consisting of liquid-to-liquid heat pumps installed inside a container or a custom made module ready to be connected to liquid networks and power supply. The Procurement was executed as negotiation procedure according to Act on Procurement and Concession Contracts in the Water, Energy, Transport, and Postal Services Sectors (1398/2016).

      Helen Oy hankkii Helsinki-Uusimaan alueelle 2G-verkon poistumiseen liittyvät etäluettavat kaukolämmön ja kaukojäähdytyksen energiamittarit sekä niiden laitteet ja asennuspalvelut. Hankinta jakautuu kahteen osaan: ensimmäisessä toimitetaan 3 706 G1B- ja DN25-kaukolämmön lämpöenergiamittaria ohjelmistoineen ja lisälaitteineen; toisessa suunnitellaan ja toteutetaan noin 6 000 lämpö- ja jäähdytysenergiamittarin vaihdot, käyttöönotto ja liittäminen etäluentaan sekä projektinhallinta, asiakasviestintä, raportointi ja viankorjaus. Massavaihdot on suunniteltu vuosille 2027–2029, ja sopimuskaudet määräytyvät osa-alueittain. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan perusteella. Kamstrup A/S:n Suomen toimisto toimittaa Helenille jo lämpöenergiamittareita ja lisälaitteita.
