Brief
Digit'Eaux heeft cyberbeveiligingsdiensten nodig voor een raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar, met een maximale totale waarde van 474.600 EUR. De diensten omvatten cybersecurity-audits en gespecialiseerde assistentie bij beveiligingsincidenten, verdeeld over vier percelen: IT- en industriële cybersecurity-audits en -tests, en assistentie bij IT- en industriële incidentenonderzoeken en -responsen. De aanbesteding is bedoeld om de pluraliteit van dienstverleners, onafhankelijkheid en naleving van regelgeving te waarborgen. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (40%), methodologie (30%) en kwaliteit van de profielen (30%). Leveranciers moeten een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering hebben die de risico's dekt die verband houden met de geleverde cybersecurity-diensten.

Le présent marché a pour objectif de permettre à Digit'Eaux et à ses coopérateurs (désignés tous communément comme pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires) : - de recourir à des audits de cybersécurité, - de bénéficier d’une assistance spécialisée en cas d’incident de sécurité, tout en garantissant : * la pluralité des prestataires, * l’absence de dépendance ou de conflit d’intérêts, * la conformité réglementaire et contractuelle. Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit : * Lot 1 : Audits et tests de cybersécurité IT * Lot 2 : Audits et tests de cybersécurité industrielle * Lot 3 : Assistance à l’investigation et à la réponse en cas d’incident IT * Lot 4 : Assistance à l’investigation et à la réponse en cas d’incident industrielle
