PRÍPRAVNÉ TRHOVÉ KONZULTÁCIE - Modernizácia a ekologizácia ZEVO OLO - linky K3 a K2

ENGLISH VERSION BELOW Predmetom sú prípravné trhové konzultácie k príprave a realizácií postupu verejného obstarávania na výber generálneho zhotoviteľa stavby „Modernizácia a ekologizácia ZEVO OLO - linky K3 a K2“, ktorá bude realizovaná vo vzťahu k zariadeniu na energetické využitie odpadov („ZEVO“). Modernizácia a ekologizácia („MaE“) zahŕňa inštaláciu nového kotla K3, dvoch samostatných systémov čistenia spalín (jeden spoločný pre kotly K1 a K2 a druhý pre nový kotol K3), inštaláciu nového spoločného kondenzačného odberového turbogenerátora pre kotly K2 (K1) a K3, inštaláciu ďalších pomocných zariadení, ako aj výstavbu nových a úpravu jestvujúcich stavebných a inžinierskych objektov. MaE bude realizované na pozemkoch OLO a.s., v areáli jestvujúceho ZEVO. Účelom prípravných trhových konzultácií a predbežného zapojenia záujemcov (ďalej len „PTK“) je: - príprava a informovanie potenciálnych záujemcov o plánovanom postupe verejného obstarávania na vyššie uvedený predmet zákazky, - overenie reálnosti, objektívnosti a primeranosti požiadaviek na plnenie predmetu zákazky, - získanie a zapracovanie spätnej väzby od hospodárskych subjektov, ktorí sa zaoberajú predmetom zákazky s cieľom spresniť opis predmetu zákazky, upraviť podmienky účasti alebo kritériá na vyhodnotenie ponúk, - podporiť spresnenie návrhu opisu predmetu zákazky, vrátane určenia vhodných termínov na plnenie zákazky, s cieľom zadefinovať jednoznačný, úplný a nestranný opis predmetu zákazky, - súčasťou PTK bude aj určenie predpokladanej hodnoty zákazky. Modernisation and ecologization ("MaE") includes the installation of a new K3 boiler, two separate flue gas cleaning systems (one common for boilers K1 and K2 and the other for the new K3 boiler), the installation of a new common condensing turbo-generator for boilers K2 (K1) and K3, the installation of other auxiliary equipment, as well as the construction of new and modification of existing construction and engineering facilities. MaE will be implemented on the property of OLO a.s., in the area of the existing ERF. The purpose of the Preliminary Market Consultation and Preliminary Stakeholder Involvement ("PMC") is to: - prepare and inform potential tenderers about the planned procurement procedure for the above-mentioned contract, - verify the realism, objectivity and adequacy of the requirements for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract, - obtain and incorporate feedback from the economic operators involved in the subject-matter of the contract in order to refine the description of the subject-matter of the contract, modify the conditions of participation or the criteria for evaluating tenders, - support the refinement of the draft description of the subject-matter of the contract, including the identification of appropriate deadlines for the performance of the contract, with a view to define a clear, complete and impartial description of the subject-matter of the contract, - the PMC will also include a determination of the estimated value of the contract.
