Cette procédure a trait à un marché public passé selon la technique de l’accord-cadre au sens de l’article 2, 35° de la loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics. Le marché comporte plusieurs lots et porte sur des prestations de services relatives à la mise en page, l’impression et/ou l’expédition de publications. Le pouvoir adjudicateur choisit la procédure concurrentielle avec négociation pour la passation de l’accord-cadre. Il s’agit d’un marché à bordereau de prix (A.R. 18 avril 2017, art. 2, 4°).
