      The tender evaluation will be based on a quality evaluation with points for the quality of the services according to the sub criteria described in the Questionnaire. The higher score received, the higher the total score for the quality of the services.

      The second evaluation criteria aim at evaluating the Tenderer’s Cost for the services. The total cost for each tender will be calculated for each tender Area A–C individually by factorizing all Requirement levels marked with “C” regarding the Quality criteria Cost in Appendix 1 – Questionnaire, for each tender area respectively.
