    • The procurement concerns helicopter based transport of people and goods in the Käsivarsi Wilderness Area, located in the municipality of Enontekiö in Finnish Lapland. The content of the service to be procured is described in the service description attached as Appendix 1 (“Appendix 1_Description of the object of procurement”). The Customer selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into an agreement. The service will be provided in English or Finnish.Main features of the procedureMetsähallitus’ procurements comply with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1379/2016, Procument Act) as well as the customer’s internal procedural guidelines. Tenders submitted within the set deadline will be verified and evaluated in three stages: 1. Assessment of the tenderer’s suitability 2. Assessment of the tender’s compliance with the call for tenders 3. Comparison of tenders In the first stage, the fulfilment of the tenderers’ suitability requirements is examined, including statutory, financial, technical and operational conditions, and the ability to perform the procurement in accordance with the requirements laid out in the call for tenders. In the second stage, the compliance of the tender with the requirements of the call for tenders is evaluated for those tenders that met the requirements of the first stage. In the third stage, tenders that fulfil the requirements for both the tenderer and the tender will be compared according to the selection criteria specified in the call for tenders. If none of the received tenders meet the requirements of the call for tenders as required by the Procurement Authority, or if circumstances during the tendering process change in such a way that the Procurement Authority cannot make use of the results of the competition, the Procurement Authority may cancel the procurement procedure in whole or in part.

      Luonnonvarakeskus suunnittelee lentolaskentapalveluiden hankintaa, joka sisältää hirvien, metsäpeurojen, harmaahylkeiden ja metsähanhien lentolaskentaa helikopterilla sekä metsäpeurojen ja suurpetojen pannoitusta. Hankinta jaetaan viiteen osa-alueeseen, ja jokaiselle osa-alueelle valitaan 1-2 toimittajaa. HF Helicopters Oy ja J helikopteri Oy ovat todennäköisesti nykyiset sopimuskumppanit.       Metsäpalojen lentotähystys 2027 Pohjois-Suomi

      Sisäministeriö tarvitsee metsäpalojen lentotähystyspalveluita Pohjois-Suomen alueelle (Lappi) yhden vuoden sopimuskaudeksi alkaen arviolta 1.1.2027. Palveluihin sisältyvät oma-aloitteiset tähystyslennot, muut valtion pelastusviranomaisen päättämät lennot (kuten harjoituslennot), savuhavainnon tarkastuslennot, tulva-, myrsky- ja öljyvahinkojen tiedustelu-/valvontalennot sekä sammutustoiminnan johtolennot. Lisäksi hankintaan kuuluvat muut asiakkaan tarvitsemat pelastustoimen lennot, kuten kartoitus-, tutkimus- tai kuljetuslennot. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen (reitit 23-25). Tarjoajan on sitouduttava suorittamaan tähystyslentoja maastopalovaroituksen voimassa ollessa. Tarjoukset arvioidaan hinnan (80 %) ja vuorokautisten lentojen määrän (20 %) perusteella.
