The Consultant will work as part of Finnfund’s deal teams and will be stationed in Finnfund’s offices in Helsinki and/or Nairobi. The Consultant will work at Finnfund's Helsinki office for the first two (2) months from the moment the Consultant is available to the Client. The work will require frequent travelling to visit Finnfund’s (potential) investee companies across Sub-Saharan Africa. If EU funding that affects the subject of the agreement ceases during the contract period, the agreement will cease and/or the Client will cease to procure the Services on the basis of the agreement. The contract does not include any obligation to buy the service, nor does it give any exclusive right to the services stipulated in the call for tenders. The consultant must be available to the customer on a full-time basis no later than two months after signing the contract. During Option Period the amount of work is estimated to be less.
