      The Quality Score is calculated by aggregating and normalising the holistic sub category scores (0–5) within each evaluation category and applying the final category weights determined within the published intervals in Appendix 1. The resulting Quality Score is expressed on a scale from 0 to 1 and is multiplied by the applicable quality weighting (80–90%) in the final evaluation. Missing or incomplete answers negatively affect the holistic assessment of the relevant sub category, and for Mandatory requirements may result in the requirement being assessed as not fulfilled.
