Nasjonal Kommunikasjonsmyndighet trenger bistand til å utvikle en kostnadsmodell, eller oppdatere en eksisterende modell, basert på en LR(A)IC-metodikk, med en maksimal totalverdi på 8 millioner kroner. Oppdraget innebærer å vurdere ulike konseptuelle valg og bistå Nkom med å evaluere og bestemme de endelige konseptuelle valgene for kostnadsmodellen, som må overholde det juridiske rammeverket, inkludert relevante EC-anbefalinger og European Electronic Communications Code (EECC).

From the notice

  • The Norwegian Communications Authority intends to contract with one tenderer for the purpose of assistance in developing a cost model, or update existing model, based on an LR(A)IC methodology. As part of the assignment, the tender shall independently assess the strengths and weaknesses of various conceptual choices and assist Nkom in evaluating and determining the final conceptual choices for the chosen cost model. The selected tenderer must assist Nkom in developing a cost model that complies with the legal framework, including the relevant EC recommendation(s) and the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC). Commission Recommendation of 6 February 2024 on the regulatory promotion of Gigabit Connectivity, provides guidelines for the conceptual choices to be made.
