    Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (FELM) needs two vehicles supplied and delivered for its operations in Ethiopia, with a maximum total contract value of €70,000.     • The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (FELM) invites tenders for the supply and delivery of two vehicles for its operations in Ethiopia.The procurement is divided into two separate lots:Lot 1 – 4WD Vehicle for Field OperationsLot 2 – Fully Electric VehicleTenderers may submit a tender for one lot or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately, and FELM may award the lots to different tenderers.The vehicles shall comply with the mandatory technical, documentary, service support and delivery requirements set out in the procurement documents and Annex 1 – Technical Specifications for Vehicles.
