Post- och Telestyrelsen har inngått en rammeavtale med DEKRA TESTING & CERTIFICATION SAU om å levere laboratoriemålinger for radioutstyr, med en varighet på 2 år og en maksimal total verdi på 7,2 millioner svenske kroner. Tjenestene skal dekke markedsovervåkingstesting av utstyr under radioutstyrsdirektivet 2014/53/EU. Det ble lagt vekt på valgfritt utstyr og tester, hvor tilbydere kunne oppnå poeng som ga fradrag i tilbudsprisen.

The tenderer can be awarded points for the number of optional equipment and tests it can offer. Each point will generate a deduction which will be subtracted from the tenderer’s tender price. Each point will generate a deduction worth 80 000 SEK. The maximum points are 45 thus is the maximum deduction 3 600 000 SEK.

From the notice
This procurement aims to fulfil the need for market surveillance testing of equipment covered by Directive 2014/53/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of radio equipment, repealing Directive 1999/5/EC (Radio Equipment Directive – RED) including supplementing Commission decisions and delegated regulation to this Directive.
