Brief

The Ministry of Education and Science of North Macedonia seeks a 2-year framework agreement for professional editing, proofreading, pre-press preparation and publication in the Catalogue of Approved Textbooks for secondary vocational education, including translation from Macedonian into Albanian and Turkish. For Lot 1, suppliers must document at least 150 monographic publications successfully translated, proofread and professionally edited during 2023–2025: at least 100 from Macedonian into Albanian, 25 into Turkish and 25 professionally edited in Macedonian; at least 30 must be similar to the procurement subject. The supplier must also have at least 15 employees or engaged personnel assigned to the work.

    For Lot 1: Leverandøren må ha generert minimumsinntekter på 40 000 000,00 MKD i hvert av de siste tre årene (2023, 2024 og 2025), separat for hvert år.

    Rapport om balanse utstedt av kompetent myndighet, eller et revidert regnskap, eller utdrag fra balanseregnskapsrapporten, der publisering av balansen er lovpålagt i landet der den økonomiske aktøren er registrert.

    For Lot 1: Leverandøren må ha utført kontrakter for oversettelse, korrekturlesing og profesjonell redigering av oversettelser av minst 150 monografiske publikasjoner i perioden 2023, 2024 og 2025. Av disse må minst 100 monografiske publikasjoner være oversettelser fra makedonsk til albansk, inkludert korrekturlesing og profesjonell redigering; minst 25 monografiske publikasjoner må være oversettelser fra makedonsk til tyrkisk, inkludert korrekturlesing og profesjonell redigering; og minst 25 monografiske publikasjoner må ha gjennomgått profesjonell redigering på makedonsk. Minst 30 av det totale antallet monografiske publikasjoner må være oversettelser, inkludert korrekturlesing og profesjonell redigering, som er identiske eller lignende med anskaffelsens gjenstand.
