Leijona Catering Oy har avlyst konkurransen om levering av proteinbarer, da ingen tilbud, forespørsler om å delta eller prosjekter ble mottatt. Avtalen skulle dekke levering av proteinbarer som en del av feltrasjoner, med et estimert årlig volum på rundt 40 000 produkter. Kontrakten hadde en estimert maksimal totalverdi på 250 000 EUR og skulle vare i to år, med mulighet for forlengelse. About the bid

Leijona Catering Oy uses protein bars as part of ambient product solutions. Protein bars are part of multiple different meals, which are usually served in operational field conditions. We are seeking a delivery contract supplier for a two-year contract period (the contract remains valid after two (2) years initial period unless terminated with written notice). The delivery contract does not grant exclusive rights to supply the product in question. The supplier supplies the goods in large batches for Leijona Catering. Products must be portion packed and must fulfil the presented technical requirements. Estimated yearly volume is around 40 000 products. However, Leijona Catering is not obligated to buy any products from selected supplier. Leijona is allowed to purchase similar products from the selected supplier under this delivery contract. Supplier must have the ability to offer minimum of two (2) different flavours, that will fulfil technical requirements. One of the flavours must be free of gluten, lactose and nuts. Non-permitted ingredients, including “may contain” mentions (these are required only for one of the flavours): Lactose ("milk sugar”) Gluten Nuts The product needs to receive minimum of 6 points from flavour assessment (in scale of 1-9 points), to be eligible. Flavour, appearance and texture will be evaluated in the flavour assessment by a group of end users. Minimum shelf-life (from point of manufacturing): 36 months and 26 months from point of delivery Minimum required energy content per bar: 135 kcal Minimum amount of protein: 30% of the net weight or 20g Wrapping of the product must include standard consumer information in Finnish, Swedish, and English. The product packaging must not contain any direct or indirect messaging unrelated to the product.Main features of the procedureThe procurement will not be divided into parts. The supplier must be able to deliver the entire procurement. The contracting authority justifies this decision as follows: -More efficient management and monitoring of the supplier network -More efficient contract management and monitoring All costs related to preparing and submitting the offer, as well as any costs incurred by the supplier from clarifications, negotiations, etc., that may arise later, are entirely the supplier's responsibility. Under no circumstances can claims for these costs be made against the buyer.
