    TG4 needs a fully on-premise, story-centric newsroom and publishing platform, including installation and commissioning, for a maximum total value of 1,000,000 EUR over 7 years. The solution should have a digital-first focus to support rapid content creation, transformation, and distribution across online and social channels, while remaining securely accessible to authorized external contributors. It must enable a seamless transition from content acquisition to multi-platform digital publication, with broadcast playout integrated into the core workflow. The system must be scalable, with initial requirements for 10 concurrent journalist/editorial seats, and a detailed training plan must be provided.
