    De Europese Commissie, DG COMM - Communicatie, heeft behoefte aan diensten voor bedrijfsbegeleiding en consultancy via een raamovereenkomst van 4 jaar, met een maximale totale waarde van 10.000.000 EUR. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 richt zich op het leveren en beheren van coachingdiensten ter ondersteuning van start-ups en MKB's binnen het Europees Defensiefonds; Perceel 2 richt zich op het leveren van onderzoeks-, evaluatie- en analyserelateerde diensten binnen het ecosysteem van ruimtevaart, luchtvaart en defensie (SASD). De gunningscriteria zijn kwaliteit (35% en 40%) en prijs (15% en 10%).
