    The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) needs event organisation and related travel and logistics services under a 4-year framework agreement, with a maximum total value of €4.4 million. The contracts will support administrative and operational meetings and events in Moldova, Ukraine and the Western Balkans, and may cover venue hire, audiovisual and interpretation equipment, catering, accommodation, transport, on-site coordination and assistance, security and medical services, and the processing of participant travel and subsistence allowances. Events in Ukraine will be held in person only when the security situation permits.
