L-Aġenzija tal-Unjoni Ewropea għall-Ażil (EUAA) ħassret il-kompetizzjoni għall-provvista ta' servizzi ta' manutenzjoni ġenerali fil-bini u l-kontenituri tagħha fl-Italja, maqsuma f'żewġ lottijiet: Lot 1 għall-Italja ta' Fuq u Ċentrali, u Lot 2 għall-Italja t'Isfel. L-għan kien li jiġu konklużi żewġ kuntratti qafas uniċi għal servizzi ta' manutenzjoni preventiva, korrettiva u ta' emerġenza li jkopru sistemi mekkaniċi u elettriċi ewlenin, kif ukoll l-istruttura tal-bini, b'valur massimu totali stmat ta' 2,050,000 EUR fuq perjodu ta' 4 snin. Il-kompetizzjoni ġiet ikkanċellata minħabba li ma waslu l-ebda offerti jew talbiet għall-parteċipazzjoni.

The procedure is launched in lots: Lot 1 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in Northern and Central Italy Lot 2 - Provision of General Maintenance at EUAA Premises in the South of Italy The objective of this tender is to conclude two single framework contracts, one for Lot 1 and one for Lot 2, for the provision of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance services covering core mechanical and electrical systems, as well as building fabric, at EUAA premises in Italy. The services aim to prevent downtime, ensure operational continuity, and maintain a safe and suitable working environment for users of the office buildings and modular units (containers).

    Provision of Event Organization Services for Administrative and Operational Meetings and Events for the EUAA

    The European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) needs event organisation and related travel and logistics services under a 4-year framework agreement, with a maximum total value of €4.4 million. The contracts will support administrative and operational meetings and events in Moldova, Ukraine and the Western Balkans, and may cover venue hire, audiovisual and interpretation equipment, catering, accommodation, transport, on-site coordination and assistance, security and medical services, and the processing of participant travel and subsistence allowances. Events in Ukraine will be held in person only when the security situation permits. Up to three suppliers per lot will be appointed in a cascade arrangement; bids are evaluated on quality (60%) and price (40%).
