L-Aġenzija tal-Unjoni Ewropea għall-Ażil (EUAA) teħtieġ servizzi ta' żvilupp ta' softwer, servizzi speċjalizzati, soluzzjonijiet teknoloġiċi u servizz ta' appoġġ tal-IT għal perjodu ta' 4 snin, b'valur massimu totali ta' 24.2 miljun Euro. Il-kuntratt qafas jinkludi żewġ lottijiet: Lott 1 għal Proġetti u Applikazzjonijiet tal-IT, li jkopri l-implimentazzjoni ta' applikazzjonijiet ġodda, titjib maġġuri, verżjonijiet ġodda għal applikazzjonijiet eżistenti, u attivitajiet ta' manutenzjoni taċ-ċiklu tal-ħajja tal-applikazzjonijiet; u Lott 2 għall-Infrastruttura tal-IT, Operazzjonijiet u Servizz ta' Appoġġ, li jinkludi sistemi ta' ħażna, sistemi ta' backup, sistemi ta' virtwalizzazzjoni, sistemi ta' netwerk u komunikazzjoni, sistemi ta' operazzjoni u appoġġ għall-missjonijiet, sistemi cloud native, u servizz ta' appoġġ tal-IT. Il-kriterji tal-għoti huma l-Kwalità (70%) u l-Prezz (30%).
