Le Ministère de l'Intérieur, de la Sécurité et de l'Emploi du Luxembourg a besoin de services de support administratif informatique pour un accord-cadre d'une durée de 4 ans, avec une valeur maximale totale de 7 millions d'euros. L'accord-cadre vise à fournir une assistance multidisciplinaire dans divers domaines, notamment les achats, les contrats, le budget, la gestion et le reporting de portefeuille de projets, les services de bureau de gestion de projet et la gestion des licences logicielles.
