Health Service Executive (HSE) needs services for the establishment of a panel of Private Healthcare Providers for the Provision of Additional Inpatient and Outpatient services over 84 months. The services are divided into four categories: Adult outpatient services including minor OP procedures, Adult Inpatient and day case procedures, Paediatric outpatient services including minor OP procedure, and Paediatric Inpatient and day case procedures. Tenderers can submit offers for one, some, or all four categories. The HSE intends to appoint more than one service provider for each category. Quality will be an award criterion.

Multi-Supplier Framework Agreement for Minor Building Works Projects in the HSE Dublin North/North City Region (Lot 1: Works up to €250,000 and Lot 2: Works between €250,000 and €1,000,000)

Health Service Executive (HSE) needs general building and construction works for a multi-supplier framework agreement over 4 years, with a maximum total value of 60,000,000 EUR. The agreement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for projects up to €250,000 and Lot 2 for projects between €250,000 and €1,000,000. The works include construction, refurbishment, adaptation, compliance, maintenance, lifecycle replacement, energy upgrade, decarbonisation, and improvement works, as well as minor capital projects across HSE-owned, leased, and occupied properties in the Dublin North and North City Region. A minimum of fifteen applicants per Lot will be shortlisted to Stage 2, and up to fifteen contractors per Lot may be appointed to the Framework Agreement.
