    The Department of Enterprise Tourism and Employment needs Programme Director Services for the ‘Balance for Better Business’ (B4BB) initiative for 24 months, with a maximum total value of 175,000 EUR. The Programme Director will work directly with the Co-Chairs of B4BB to plan and implement the initiative, which aims to improve gender balance in senior business leadership in Ireland. The services are to be delivered in Dublin.

    About the bid

      The role of the Programme Director will comprise of: working directly with the Co-Chairs of ‘Balance for Better Business’ (B4BB) to plan and implement the initiative for the next 12-24 months. B4BB is an independent, business-led Review Group established by the Irish Government to improve gender balance in senior business leadership in Ireland. The Review Group is supported by a wider ‘Advisory Group’, which is representative of a wider cross section of business organisations and other interested parties. The Review Group is supported in its work by the Department of Enterprise, Tourism and Employment.
