Avista is a large organisation with large number of staff, and is looking to continue to build the capacity of staff at all levels to support the process of transition to community based models, and to enhance their existing traditional and community based service provision. To do this we need to add to our SRV training and consultancy capacity and engage with specialist expert SRV trainers and mentors. To meet such need Avista is establishing a Single Party Framework to partner with a Specialist SRV training and consultancy provider to deliver supports in a number of areas detailed within the published tender documentation. Tenderers please consult the associated tender documentation suite for full details of Scope of Services Required, Rules of this Completion and Instructions to Tenders. Note: - Interested parties must associate their organisation with this competition on the eTenders web site (www.etenders.gov.ie) in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications and to upload tender responses. -When finalising your tender submission please upload your final response as a ZIP file as individual documents may lose their titles if uploaded individually. Also ensure that you receive a message under the status header called Submitted, as the percentage tab does not necessarily imply you have successfully submitted your response.
