GEDINNE heeft een contractwijziging doorgevoerd met Thomas & Piron RENOVATION en CONFORTY voor de verhuizing en inrichting van het gemeentehuis en het OCMW van Gedinne, gelegen in Arr. Namur en Arr. Dinant. Het project omvat de renovatie en uitbreiding van een voormalig schoolcomplex uit de jaren 50, inclusief het isoleren van het gebouw met een nieuwe buitenschil, het plaatsen van nieuwe geïsoleerde beglazing, zonwering, een dubbelstroomventilatiesysteem met warmteterugwinning, verwarming via een pelletketel en fotovoltaïsche panelen op het dak. De totale waarde van het contract bedraagt 5.672.511 €.

Le projet consiste à rénover et agrandir les bâtiments d'un ancien complexe scolaire conçu fin des années 50 afin d'y accueillir l'Administration communale et le CPAS. Les travaux envisagés visent à isoler efficacement l’ensemble du bâtiment en créant une nouvelle enveloppe extérieure performante. Les façades existantes seront recouvertes d’un crépi sur isolant ou d’un isolant avec bardage en panneaux décoratif. De nouveaux ensembles vitrés isolés seront également intégrés dans cette nouvelle enveloppe. Des protections solaires permettront de réguler les apports solaires. La structure du bâtiment est maintenue. Deux nouvelles extensions sont créées pour répondre aux besoins du programme et aux normes en termes d’accessibilité et de bien-être au travail. Les travaux de gros-œuvre se limitent principalement à la modification de baies en façades et à l’intérieur du bâtiment consécutivement aux nouveaux aménagements prévus. Un système de ventilation double-flux avec récupération de chaleur sera mis en place. Le chauffage sera principalement produit à partir d’une chaudière au pellets. Des capteurs photovoltaïques seront installés en toiture. L’installation électrique intègrera une gestion efficace et économique de l’éclairage en le modulant suivant la variation de la luminosité naturelle. Des détecteurs de présence veilleront également à une gestion économique en fonction de l’occupation des locaux.
