    Brief

    Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (DTU) søger levering af en gaskromatograf med autosampler tilkoblet et high-end triple massespektrometer med autosampler til bestemmelse af lave niveauer af kontaminanter fra fødevarer. Instrumentet skal have en fleksibel konfiguration til forskellige applikationer, herunder mulighed for væskeinjektion, SPME og headspace-prøvetagning med nødvendigt tilbehør, og skal levere robuste resultater med høj følsomhed. Leveringen skal ske i Københavns omegn. Kontrakten har en varighed på 4 år. Tildelingskriterierne vægtes som følger: pris (30%), kvalitet og funktionalitet (35%), service og garanti (15%), IT og software (10%) samt levering og installation (10%). Som kvalifikationskrav skal tilbudsgiver fremlægge mindst to referencer for sammenlignelige aftaler med en værdi på mindst 270.000 EUR vedrørende en GC-MSMS eller lignende leverance, hvor aftalen ikke må være mere end 3 år gammel.

Sammenlignbare avtaler betyr avtaler med en verdi på minst 270.000 EUR, som gjelder en GC-MSMS eller en tilsvarende leveranse. Avtalen, som referansen gjelder, må ikke være eldre enn 3 år. Datoen beregnes fra siste signatur på den refererte avtalen. Hvis leverandøren ikke kan oppfylle kravet, kan leverandøren basere seg på kapasiteten til andre enheter eller danne et konsortium.

    • DTU requires a gas chromatography with autosampler attached to a high-end triple mass spectrometer with autosampler for determination of low levels contaminants from food products. The instrument should have a flexible configuration for different kind of applications, including the possibility to use liquid injection, SPME and head space sampling included the necessarily accessories. The instrument should be able to give a robust results with high sensitivity.Main features of the procedureThis public procurement procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Danish Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015), as subsequently amended.
