Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH needs supplies for an 8-month project in Chad comprising a 3 MWp photovoltaic plant, a battery energy storage system with 2 × 4 MWh capacity, a 750 kVA generator and a 6 MVA transformer. Bidders must document an average annual net turnover exceeding EUR 4 million in photovoltaic and/or BESS during 2023–2025, along with at least two photovoltaic reference projects of 500 kWp or more each and at least three BESS reference projects of 2 MWh or more each.
