    • Statistics Finland is looking for a Python package repository for an airgapped analysis environment. The scope of the procurement is described in more detail in call for tenders and its annexes, particularly in annex 1 "Service description" and annex 2 " Requirements". CONTRACT PERIOD The contract is valid indefinitely, and the duration and termination conditions of the contract are described in more detail in call for tenders and its annexes, especially in Annex A "Agreement". SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The procurement is carried out as a contract exceeding the contracting authority’s national threshold value. The value of the service ( Licence fee for mirroring the Python repository for 100 users) to be procured for 1 year period must not exceed 25 000 euros (excluding VAT). Tenders exceeding this value will be excluded from the tender competition.Main features of the procedureCall for tender has been published on the website www.hankintailmoitukset.fi. The services offered must fully comply with the requirements outlined in the call for tenders and its annexes. All requested information and required annexes must be submitted as part of the tender. .Tenders that do not meet the requirements of the call for tender or fail to adhere to the conditions of the tendering procedure will be disqualified from the competition. The evaluation of the tenders shall be made according to chapter "Grounds for decision". The award decision shall be sent to all tenderers party to the decision via email or suplier portal. The contract does not enter into force as a result of the notification of the decision, but requiresa separate written contract.
