    Het Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) is van plan raamovereenkomsten te sluiten voor de engineering, realisatie en ver- of herplaatsing van modulaire gebouwen, inclusief fundering en afwerking van kabels en leidingen, met een geschatte waarde van 300 miljoen euro over een periode van 6 jaar. Het doel is om maximaal vijf partijen te contracteren op basis van de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving (beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding). De Groot Vroomshoop Bouwsystemen B.V., Hodes Huisvesting B.V., Daiwa House Modular Europe Jan Snel B.V., Aannemingsmaatschappij Friso B.V., geWOONhout B.V. en Plegt-Vos Zuidwest B.V. hebben momenteel vergelijkbare contracten.

      Deze aanbesteding richt zich op het sluiten van raamovereenkomsten voor modulaire gebouwen (in eerste instantie utiliteitsgebouwen). Het doel is om maximaal vijf partijen te contracteren. De raamovereenkomsten worden gegund op basis van het Gunningscriterium de economisch meest voordelige inschrijving. De economisch meest voordelige inschrijving wordt vastgesteld op basis van de beste prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De opdrachten binnen de raamovereenkomst gaan over het engineeren, realiseren en ver- of herplaatsen van Modulaire gebouwen, zoals gedefinieerd in de aanbestedingsdocumenten, inclusief de fundering en de afwerking van kabels en leidingen tot één meter buiten de gevel. Geraamde waarde van 300 miljoen exclusief BTW.
