Brief
Finnfund is looking for service providers (“Consultants”) to conduct surveys to capture insights and impact of Finnfund’s portfolio companies on their customers, workers and other stakeholders. More specifically, the Consultants are requested to collect and analyse data on the extent to which Finnfund’s investee companies reach different socio-economic groups and the level of impact experienced by the customers. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the call for tenders and its annexes.

Leverandøren er registrert i foretaksregisteret i etableringsstaten. Den er registrert i de relevante fagregistrene som føres i etableringsstaten, som beskrevet i vedlegg XI til direktiv 2014/24/EU; økonomiske aktører fra visse medlemsstater kan måtte overholde andre krav fastsatt i dette vedlegget.

Leverandøren må ha minimum to (2) referanser fra oppdrag der oppdragets gjenstand har vært et spørreskjema og en rapport om en ODA-DAC-kvalifisert stat. Referansen kan ikke være eldre enn tre (3) år fra siste innleveringsdato for tilbudene.

Referansekravene er beskrevet mer detaljert i invitasjonen til å levere tilbud og dens vedlegg 2. Leverandøren må beskrive referanser i vedlegg 2 (tilbudsskjema, må fylles ut og legges ved tilbudet).
