The works, to be delivered at Dublin Port and other lands under DPC’s control, include dismantling infrastructure, quay wall refurbishment/construction, installation of Ro-Ro ramps, dredging, treatment of contaminated dredged material, infilling of existing berths, raising surface levels, mooring jetty construction, surge protection/retaining wall construction, surfacing of areas behind key walls, wall protection works, relocation and refurbishment of existing ramps, relocation of loading operations, internal road and bridge construction, port-related buildings, specialist equipment supply (e.g., Loading Arms, Conveyor Systems, Fixed/Mobile Cranes, STS, specialist pipelines), port electrification upgrade infrastructure works, and core civil engineering works including roads, pavements, hardstanding, drainage and utilities infrastructure, earthworks and ground remediation, civil structures, and marine and quay-adjacent civil works. Additional ancillary or enabling works may also be required. Wills Bros Ltd currently holds a similar contract. Applicants must be capable of delivering the full range of listed works, either in-house or as a grouping/consortium.
