Componenta tehnica Algoritm de calcul: Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai mic termen de livrare exprimat in zile se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte termene ofertate punctajul L(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: L(n) = (Termenul minim ofertat / Termenul n) x punctaj maxim alocat. Termenul maxim de livrare este de 30 zile de la data primirii comenzii conform documentului descriptiv. Pondere: 20 %.
