    Brief

    The European Chemicals Agency has entered into a framework agreement with CBRE Finland Oy, A-Insinöörit Rakennuttaminen Oy, A-Insinöörit Oy, A-INSINOORIT SUUNNITTELU OY, and One Architects Oy for the delivery of real estate consultancy services and technical assistance in Finland. The services, which include expertise in project management, architecture, engineering, financial analysis, and legal advice, will support ECHA in evaluating options, launching tender procedures, and negotiating contracts for lease and purchase options for its premises from 2030. The agreement has a maximum total value of 850,000 EUR and a duration of 72 months.
