    Brief

    Carlow County Council needs Real Estate Consultancy Services (land and property valuation) for the acquisition of lands included in the CPO, with a maximum total value of 290,000 EUR over 60 months. The services include land and property valuation, assessment of claims, negotiation and settlement of claims, assessment and arbitration services, advising on accommodation works, reporting to the client, consultations with other specialists, attendance at meetings with landowners, and preparation for and representation at Assessment and/or Arbitration Hearings. The project location is South-East.

      Carlow County Council is seeking to procure a Consultant to provide Real Estate Consultancy Services (land and property valuation) necessary for the acquisition of the lands included in the CPO. These services include, but are not limited to, all land and property valuation services; assessment of claims submitted in response to Notice to Treat; negotiation and settlement of claims; assessment and arbitration services; advising on accommodation works; reporting to the client and attendance at progress meetings; consultations with other specialists; attendance at meetings with landowners and their advisors; preparation for, attendance at and representation at Assessment Hearings and/or Arbitration Hearings; and preparation of Land Compensation Closeout Reports.
