De Politie heeft behoefte aan de realisatie van een nieuw districtsbureau voor de Zeehavenpolitie in Pernis, Nederland. Het project omvat de bouw van een nieuw districtsbureau op de locatie Tarwezand 30-32 aan de Madroelhaven in Pernis, ter vervanging van de verouderde huisvesting in Rotterdam. De maximale totale contractwaarde bedraagt 15 miljoen EUR en de projectduur is 18 maanden.

From the notice
De Opdracht omvat de realisatie van een nieuw districtsbureau. De huidige huisvesting van district Zeehaven (eenheid Rotterdam), gelegen aan de Sint Jobsweg 2 en 6 en de Neckarweg 50 te Rotterdam, is verouderd en ondersteunt de noodzakelijke integrale werkwijze onvoldoende. Om te voorzien in toekomstbestendige en passende huisvesting is begin 2023 de locatie Tarwezand 30–32 aan de Madroelhaven in Pernis in ondererfpacht verworven.
