Het Lycée Jean Monnet de Bruxelles heeft behoefte aan bouwwerkzaamheden voor de herinrichting van toegangen en de bouw van een ontvangstgebouw in Arr. de Bruxelles-Capitale/Arr. Brussel-Hoofdstad, met een looptijd van 400 dagen. De aanbesteding is verdeeld in drie percelen: perceel 01 omvat ruwbouw, dakbedekking, buitenschrijnwerk, terreininrichting en VRD, inclusief de coördinatie van percelen 02 en 03; perceel 02 betreft verwarming, ventilatie en sanitair; en perceel 03 omvat elektriciteit en branddetectie. De gunningscriteria zijn prijs (46,1538%), technische waarde van het aanbod en kwaliteit van de technische documentatie (23,0769% voor technische fiches, GANTT-planning en uitvoeringsmethoden), en kwaliteit van de after-sales service en aangeboden garanties (7,6923%).
