Brief
Aalto University Foundation sr is planning to procure a service for digital exams on students’ own devices, with software that restricts access to approved resources during exams and enables exam work to be submitted to designated online platforms. Suppliers can contribute to the planning phase by responding to the request for information with input on solutions that meet these requirements.

From the notice
This is a request for information of a system that is able to restrict the access from the user’s own computer only to predefined sources such as web pages, attachments, files, and software (such as Microsoft Office) required during the exam. The system or software provided may work virtually or locally on the computer itself. The system should be able to return files or attachments, which the user has created or modified during the execution of the task or exam, to predefined online platforms, and it should allow user to return to (restricted) external environments after the exam. Please see attached Appendix 1 for providing a general description about the procurement and our aims towards the procured service.
