Brief
NDLA (Nasjonal digital læringsarena) is planning a procurement to operate and potentially further develop its H5P service, supporting several thousand existing learning-content objects. Suppliers with expertise in operating or migrating open-source H5P platforms, cloud hosting, integrations and service continuity can respond on taking over Edlib, proposing an alternative solution, or both. Send an expression of interest and feedback on the scope and proposed requirements by email to the contact named in the notice; selected respondents may be invited to a dialogue meeting. This is a market consultation, not a tender: no contract will be awarded in this phase. NDLA is open to phased migration to an alternative open-source solution, as well as continued operation of Edlib.
